So dudes, I broke my face since I posted this meme on Oct 26, 2019. This is a post that keeps on giving.
I was able to sleep through my roommate's snoring at #AstrologyRetreat
nov 8-16, 2019 #JetLag
flying into #Bali2019
Then I broke my face on dec 25, 2019 in #Bali
and am using my #BemerPEMF
on 24/7 rest mode to calm my #AutonomicNervousSystem
as I #ConcussionRecovery
until I can catch plane back to #Vancouver #Canada
in March 2020.
as I heal. #Biohacker

This year I bought a #PEMF
healing mat to heal my nerves. I have always had late nights where I can’t sleep. I will work till 2 am every day for decades. Now I set my Health Canada medical grade device on at 10pm and I am sleeping early. The device sleep mode also wakes me up with a morning routine, about an hour before my alarm goes off at 7 am. It’s been lovely bemering my nerves. At my age, #sleeping
is an important habit.
Curious Pm me and I can give you link to start your research.

Vagus Nerve 🔎 #gutbrainaxis

WHY SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO THIS✨ The vagus nerve is a network that weaves itself through most of the body's major systems, such as the head, the heart and the gut. When we talk about the mind-body connection, the vagus nerve is pretty much THE mind-body connection.
This sophisticated system of neural fibers that originate in the brainstem commands our heart rate, breathing, facial muscles, hearing, and vocalizing. It is also connected to our stress response (fight/flight) and relaxation response (social engagement/rest and digest) within the nervous system.
Until recently it was thought that the brain does most of the talking, accounting for 80% of the traffic through the nerve, telling the body what to do. But recent findings suggest it's the other way around, with 80% of the nerve traffic originating from the body, telling the brain what it needs. .
