Last month I completed a 21-Day Meditation challenge about Self Love 💕
Every day we had a little talk on a different branch of our main theme and had about 30 minutes for a guided introspection.
Some sessions ended with a smile on my face but I must admit some others left me crying the rest of the day.
We don't often take the time to see inside ourselves. I have discovered many things and have learnt so many lessons from this short journey... I have healed so many things I didn't know were hurting, and discovered some others I still have to continue to work on.
I'd like to share three thoughts, you may need to remember them too:
✨ Forgive and love, instead of blaming yourself for who you had to become to be able to cope with hard times.
✨ Let go and love, instead of putting conditions on yourself in order to feel worthy of self love.
✨ Be kind and love, instead of being your very worst critic and pulling yourself down for your decisions. .
